Well, today was apparently the day for rude people to call in... and I didn't get the memo, or I wouldn't have been here! =) But no, really, it amazes how "smart" people can be sometimes. They either don't know how to read, or just want to be mad at someone.
Unfortunately, that "someone", is usually me. Someone called in and made a point of telling me, before he even started saying what was wrong, "Now I know that this is not your fault, but..." and went on to say every single thing that he thought was wrong in his situation. What does he expect me to say? He, obviously, already knows that there is absolutely nothing that I can do to help him. And yet, he still feels compelled to call me and tell me all of his troubles. However, I just told him what he already knew... that there is nothing I can do. I know, you were all shocked by that one...
